From 2013 to 2017 Nicole France was the design director over soft home at Target. Through her design leadership she guided the team in the development of multiple brands including Project 62, Threshold, Fieldcrest, Room Essentials, Xhilaration and Pillowfort. Product development for these brands included everything from bedding, bath and window to pillows, table linens, throws and rugs. 2008 to 2013 she was the design director over shoes, accessories, jewelry, intimates, sleepwear and hosiery. From 1999 to 2008 Nicole worked as a designer and trend forecaster in home leading multiple design partnerships including Philippe Starck, Isaac Mizrahi, Thomas O'Brien and SWELL as well as developed hundreds of products and brands including children's furniture, lighting, home decor, back to college programs, televisions, luggage, camp chairs, bath furniture, outdoor living and Global Bazaar.
